Refund policy and Return policy

Cancellation:

Cancellation of orders is only allowed prior to shipment. Once your order has been shipped, Cancellation requests cannot be entertained. To cancel your order please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your user account.
  • Navigate to the "Cancel order" section.
  • Select the appropriate cancellation reason:
    • a) Pre-shipment cancellation. 

Refund Policy:

1. Refunds for manufacturing defects

Refunds will only be issued in the case of a manufacturing defect in the product. If you have received a product with a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps: 

  • Go to the "Support ticket" button in your user profile "My orders" and within 24 hours of receiving the product. 
  • Provide detailed information about the defect and include clear photographs.
  • Our customer care will access the issue, in collaboration with our plant R&D team, and guide you through the refund process if necessary. 

2. Refunds for Pre-shipment order cancellations

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, the refund will be processed as follows: 

  • The refund will be initiated to the original source of payment (Credit card, debit card, etc.), minus deduction. 
  • The deduction covers administrative and processing costs associated with the cancellation. 
  • Refund will be processed within 15 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. 

Please note that this cancellation and refund policy is subject to change, and any modifications will be updated on our website. It is the responsibility of the customer to review and understand our policies before placing an order. 

Return policy

  • We do not accept returns as these are food products once delivered they cannot be returned.
