Through website currently ship orders across India only. But on personal assistance ( on WhatsApp orders) we do delivery out of India.

 Shipping Charges 

 Shipping charges are fixed till the specific order value at any location. Any applicable charges will be displayed during the checkout process. 

 Delivery Time 

As we believe in providing fresh taste to our customers, so the  Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of confirmation. And delivery times may vary based on your location, but most orders are delivered within 7 business days after dispatch.

 Tracking Your Order 

You will recieve the tracking I'd or number on your provided contact details after dispatching the order, to monitor your shipment's progress.

 Delayed Deliveries 

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, courier delays). If your order is delayed, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

 In case of Incorrect Shipping Address 

Please provide accurate shipping details at the time of order placement. New Keshav Ratlami Namkeen (NKRN) is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
